Refund Policy We are committed to providing quality workmanship to each of our customers. In that all pieces are hand-carved, we realize that there may be flaws caused by human error. We back our art with a 30 day money-back guarantee (less shipping & handling) against defects in workmanship or, we will replace the article at no charge to you. Our wood carvings are made from nature's yield (trees) and may have natural blemishes. This is the makeup of the wood and gives the piece authenticity. We cannot honor refund requests due to wood characteristics. To request a refund, please email us at UAG@UwuArt.com. Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the defective merchandise has been received at our warehouse.
